Ådalsvollen Retreat is 35 km from Verdal town centre, 140 km from Trondheim city, and 92 km north from Trondheim Airport Værnes.
By train: While the easiest way to reach us is by car, you can also take the train to Verdal station. We're happy to arrange transportation from the station to the retreat, so you can sit back and enjoy your journey to peace and inspiration.

Spa and Sleeping Cabins:
Two small, private cabins are available to you. One is a sleeping cabin with a large comfortable bed and a kitchenette. The other is a spa cabin with a sauna, shower, and toilet. Outside, you'll find asaltwater jacuzzi.
The location is ideal year-round - go cyckling and hiking in the summer or skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
